In 2009 we made a strategic decision to outsource our daily document scanning of claims forms to Tab Service Company. Tab has proven themselves to be a great partner, meeting our 4 hour turnaround time regardless of fluctuating volumes. This move has lowered our capture costs and allowed us to stay competitive in the ever changing health care industry.
